The Sili Cradle will cover the cost of shipping insurance for all items sent to buyers. While every effort is made to ensure safe and secure delivery, The Sili Cradle is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused during shipping. Buyers must file any claims for shipping-related issues directly with the shipping carrier's insurance department.

Silicone dolls are sensitive to various environmental factors, such as exposure to smoke, latex, and other materials. The Sili Cradle cannot control the conditions under which these dolls are handled or stored after leaving the artist. By purchasing, you agree to accept the doll "as-is" and understand that no guarantees or remedies are provided.
